Hello everyone, I am new to the forum, and would like some information about a piccolo I have. It is by F Arthur Uebel of Markneukirchen. It has had an open G# conversion, and seems to have Silver keywork. I have been in touch with Uebel clarinets, but they didn't have any information about it.
Would anybody be able to estimate how old this piccolo is? Also was it made in house, or bought in from another supplier? It has a serial number #2628, and also appears to have a second stamp on the back, which I am struggling to read.
Kind Regards.

Re: F Arthur Uebel Piccolo Information
Hello,
first of all a question: Are you sure that the maker is F.A. Uebel from Markneukirchen, rather than G.R. Uebel from Erlbach?
G.R. Uebel used to produce open G mechanics, and the serial number would fit more to this maker.
Next, can you please place photos directly to this forum? I will not open any foreign link, just for security reasons.
Regards, Tobi
