Update. The measurement between the centre of B Key to the centre of the D key is 400mm which suggests/confirms this is a LP horn. I will test it against a tuner once the new pads have been fitted.
I will upload photos of the work as it progresses.

Thank you Dr. Enrico Weller for your information..(and to Tobi) I am still awaiting for it to be returned from my tech. I can then weigh it and test play against a tuner to establish where it is an HP or LP. It is not a c melody...it is 28.90 inches which is too long I understand. I will also measur...

Hi Tobi I've tried loading more pics but system tells me 'file too large.' It is a shame as I would like to post more detailed shots of the 2 octave keys and the rollers. Do you think there are many left in the world like this one? I'd love to be able to get it playing again..... Thank you again Pau...

Re your questions'' a) it has 2 octave keys, right? correct...I think one is high F# b) is the emblem just a coin that was brazed...

I have just bought a lovely oscar adler tenor Saxophone. It's serial number is 1075, it needs a a re pad, doesn't appear to have a low b flat key and is nickle plated . Can anyone tell me its date, if its low or high pitch and any history please. I will appreciate any information. Thanks Paul
